the location was decent enough, close to some restaurants.

The climate control was a significant issue. The room remained consistently cold. the heated air system was malfunctioning. It generated excessive noise, which disrupted sleep. i expect better, considering the nightly rate.

breakfast had a vast selection. i did appreciate the fresh ingredients. staff gave discounts at a local restaurant. me and my kids enjoyed that experience.
air conditioning was not working correctly. the room was consistently cold. a lot of noise prevented from good sleeping. the heater made noise.

I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness. The room felt brand new upon arrival. The breakfast selection was diverse, and I enjoyed the option of having a complimentary glass of sparkling wine! The staff exhibited both courtesy and professionalism. The location allowed easy access to many attractions.
The parking under the building had vehicle size restrictions, which could pose a problem for larger vehicles.

My room was a well-equipped Superior Double or Twin Room. It had an empty minibar, perfect for personal drinks. I received complimentary bottled water, both still and sparkling. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The hotel had limited variety in fresh vegetables during breakfast, which I found a little disappointing.
